JOB DESCRIPTION What you’ll be responsible for…

• Inventory Warehouse Management: maintain inventory, do data entry in SOS, and ensure that we have adequate product to fulfill upcoming jobs.
• In warehouse project commissioning and preparation: Perform programming of wireless lighting control/digital lighting systems, troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning systems, provide system training to end user.
• Remote Technical Support: Offer phone, text, and written support for all controls products to both internal and external purchasing departments and sales people.
• Technical Customer Support. As part of the sales and marketing team, you will provide direct customer support before, during, and after the sale for all customers on the Avi-on platform.

Requirements…

• Ability to work independently, and methodically problem solve, often onsite at customer job site.
• Strong Project Management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects/delivery schedules at a given time.
• Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills, and a passion for taking care of the customer.
• Both personal and professional interest and hands-on experience in lighting, wiring, electronics, and automation. (You can talk volts, amps, watts, loads, and resistors.)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of controls, AV or related experience with networked systems
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or similar, or substantial related experience

This role reports to the Customer Delivery Department, and takes additional direction from Sales & Marketing and Software Platform Engineering. The position is located in Park City, Utah. While the Warehouse role needs to be in the office during normal business hours, there is an opportunity to travel to field sites. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and it will include a stock option plan.
