If you are trying to turn a device on or off using the Avi-on app, but the device is not responding:
- The device may be out of range. Try moving closer to the device.
- If you have several devices not responding, then your phone has lost its connection to the Avi-on network. Send the phone to background and foreground, or force close and re-open (but do not log out). After you see the “Just a sec, we are connecting to your network” screen appear and disappear, devices should start responding again.
