I’m having trouble logging into my account

Your Avi-on Store account is different from your app account. When registering for a Store or an App account, we strongly encourage you to use the same email address for both accounts.

The Avi-on app requires you to create an account to claim and control the devices in your ecosystem. This requires a valid email address and custom password.
