The event will feature multiple sessions on the Avi-on platform, including how to quote, how to sell, where to sell, and how to commission. Learn about exciting upcoming product releases, network with other Avi-on agents from across the country, visit the Avi-on U.S. headquarters, and meet the executive, product, and delivery staff.

Finally, stay for an optional ski day at one of the legendary ski areas in Park City, Utah.

Wednesday, March 5
Travel day to Salt Lake City

Most locations in the U.S. have direct flights or a single connection. If possible, please arrive by 5 PM.
1:00-4:00 PM (Optional)
Avi-on will host an advanced training session for Mobile Avi-on Pro users and an informal “Ask the Delivery Team” session at the Avi-on office (30 minutes from the airport).
6:30 PM
Avi-on will host a welcome dinner. Lodging will be provided. Transportation from the restaurant to the hotel will also be provided.

Thursday, March 6
8:00 AM - 5:30 PM Training

7:45 AM
Depart hotel for the training facility at Steven Sales Headquarters, 2010 S Milestone Suite A, Salt Lake City, UT. Transportation will be provided.

Afternoon Breakout Sessions I (1:30 - 3:00 PM)
  • Quoting: How to quote and position Avi-on in typical facility types: Schools, Offices, Warehouses, Outdoor, Public Buildings
  • Delivery: Avi-on delivery workflow, how to train and work with electricians, Avi-on troubleshooting toolkit
Afternoon Breakout Sessions II (3:15-5:00 PM)
  • Zone, Panel, Individual Fixture Control: Advantages, disadvantages, and competitive opportunities
  • Deeper Dive into Advanced Capabilities: UL 924, Energy Data, Lockdown Mode, Floorplan View, BACnet integration

Avi-on Support Model, Service Contracts, and Ongoing Services. Wrap-up
