GE PRODUCT SUPPORT

Most GE products have a blue LED indicator light. If the blue LED no longer works, and/or if the switch does not operate manually, then it is broken. Please contact the GE seller/manufacturer, Jasco Products, at support@jascoproducts.com.

STILL NOT WORKING?

If none of the above solutions work, then your GE device is most likely broken. It is sold and manufactured by Jasco Products, and they are responsible for any warranties at support@jascoproducts.com.
