This Massachusetts Coffee Production Facility chose Luminous Energy and Avi-on Bluetooth® Lighting Controls to retrofit the lighting in their 53,500 square foot facility. This mixed-use commercial space includes production, manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, and office areas.
- Avi-on Controls increased ROI and maximized utility rebates. A key goal of this project was to manage energy use to qualify for maximum energy incentives from their utility provider, National Grid. Avi-on Advanced Controls also feature energy and IOT data monitoring capabilities, which is required by some utility providers to secure top-tier rebates.
- Avi-on Lighting Controls are easy to manage in a mixed-use facility. Avi-on’s gateway free system is easy to install and the customer can use the iOS or Android mobile apps to adjust schedules, change zones, and set light levels to accommodate changing production needs and shifts.
