Job Description
- Team player or player-coach with deep experience commissioning lighting controls using laptop and mobile phone software, as well as delivering post-installation maintenance and support
- Ability to visualize a ceiling remotely and assist contractors with troubleshooting wiring, power, and other installation issues
- Exceptional project management and communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Crisp attention to detail and the ability to precisely follow digital process in order to deliver smooth installation and maintenance/support to partners and their customers
- Willingness to pitch in, learn quoting, build marketing and training materials, test products, and help team members on whatever project improves our worklives and our customers’ experiences
- Love of technology and game for mastering AI, spreadsheets, and other digital tools to automate and improve everything in our environment
Location & Travel
- Eastern or central US locations preferred, but qualifications and team attitude are more important than location
- Up to 75% travel for commissioning, training, and customer visits
