Product Overview
The Avi-on Wired Corner Mount PIR Sensor delivers reliable motion detection using digital passive infrared (PIR) technology and advanced signal processing. Designed for fast, contractor-friendly installation, this compact sensor offers a wide 120° field of view and flexible mounting options including wall, corner, and conduit setups. Ideal for classrooms, open offices, hallways, and other large spaces, this sensor integrates seamlessly with Avi-on Bluetooth Mesh lighting systems.
Description
Wide view occupancy sensors enable mounting to a wall, corner, junction box, or conduit. This flexibility reduces contractor installation time and provides a secure and clean finished appearance. These sensors utilize the latest passive infrared technology and digital signal processing techniques to provide unmatched detection performance.
Operation
The Corner Mount PIR sensor can be powered by the 24 VDC Aux port of the AVI-XFAC-16A-1CH-CL1. Up to 5 sensors may be powered from one XFAC. When used with the AVI-SIM-12-24VDC, a separate power supply must be used such as the Avi-on AVI-PS-300-24-250 or
AVI-PSR20-277-24-150.
Ideal Applications
A single sensor may provide sufficient coverage in many spaces, however, multiple low voltage sensors can be easily wired together to provide improved coverage for large or irregular shaped spaces.
