Job Description

  • Team player or hands-on player-coach with deep experience quoting lighting controls in commercial and industrial locations using Bluebeam and spreadsheets; as well as CAD for submittals and wiring diagrams

  • Ability to build post-installation estimates for additional services and complex changes to existing projects

  • Exceptional project management and communication skills both verbally and in writing

  • Crisp attention to detail and the ability to precisely follow digital process in order to deliver great designs to partners that win the order

  • Experience in building and delivering training and materials to teach agents and ESCOs to design and quote their own projects

  • Willingness to pitch in, learn commissioning and quoting,, build marketing and training materials, test products, and help team members on whatever project improves our worklives and our customers’ experiences

Location & Travel

  • Eastern or central US locations preferred, but qualifications and team attitude are more important than location

  • Up to 50% travel for training and customer visits
