Job Description
- Hands-on, player-coach with deep experience delivering all aspects of finance and accounting on time, on budget, with exceptional clarity and guidance
- Trusted expert able to deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly cash flow forecasting, collections, payroll, invoicing, AR/AP, and any/all digital reporting with 100% accuracy to vendors and partners
- Experienced in delivering on and writing policies for, administrative functions like HR, and anything else that it takes to run a successful company
- Experience with collaborating with supply chain and manufacturing to maximize turns, minimize returns and losses, and maximize customer satisfaction
- Ability to rapidly learn lighting controls products, their applications, Avi-on’s digital systems, and the complexities of the lighting controls environment and the weirdness that is working with agents and ESCOs
- Exceptional people, project management, and communication skills, in person, verbally, and in writing
- Crisp attention to detail and the ability to precisely follow digital process in order to deliver perfect shipments every time
- Enjoyment of writing, designing, building, and enforcing digital process and policies to produce reliable, consistent experiences for both team members and customers
- To pitch in and learn Avi-on’s business while helping team members on whatever project improves our worklives and our customers’ experiences
- Love of technology and game for mastering AI, spreadsheets, and other digital tools to automate and improve everything in our environment
Location & Travel
- 100% in office role in Park City, Utah
- Occasional travel for training and/or customer visits
