2) Please “whitelist” Avi-on.com so that you can receive emails. (You may be able to receive this response, and still not receive password reset emails.)

>> There is always the possibility that you purchased a Zwave GE device instead of bluetooth. If the box has a red or green stripe, then your product will not work with Avi-on. Only bluetooth GE products will work..and they have a blue stripe.
